Mayo Clinic Minute: Burned out Nation
More than half of all adults in the United States are stressed out and burned out. That's according to Mayo Clinic's Dr. Edward Creagan. He says modern life is non-stop, and the demands on our time, talents and to-do lists can be overwhelming. Burnout can lead to fatigue, depression, sleep issues and even heart disease.
