Menstrual Cycle Affects From Cigarette Addiction
Bad habits and cravings hit their peak when a woman is on her period. Researchers at Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania discovered that itâs much harder for a woman to start the process of quitting cigarettes if they start while on their period. The worst part is that smoking is more harmful to women than men. Therefore, it is recommended women quit smoking a few weeks before their period.
