Police are probing the death of an 8-year-old boy whose mother said he was prescribed a fatal dosage of medication. Jake Steinbrecher was hospitalized at Poudre Valley Hospital and then at Children's Hospital Colorado when his parents couldn't wake him after he took a liquid dosage of Clonidine that he received from an unrelated pharmacy.
