Cardiologist Gives Safety Tips for Shoveling Snow
Some cities are expected to get as much as three feet of snow this weekend, which means that there will be a lot of digging and if you are not careful you could end up in the hospital. Dr. John Corbeli is a cardiologist with the VA Hospital in Buffalo and he says the safe way to shovel is by taking the snow from the top and bending your legs. He told INSIDE EDITION, "Shoveling is a lot of work, a lot of muscles are involved."
